When you sign up for a free trial or contact us, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, mobile number, hotel name and address, number of rooms, room types, photos you upload, and any additional details needed to provision your trial.
We use this information solely to set up and operate your Munshi10 trial, contact you about your account, and provide customer support. We never sell or rent your data to third parties.
Your data is stored on servers operated by Maverick Solutions in secure data centres. Photos uploaded during the trial setup are stored on the same servers and served only to you and our staff.
We share information only when required by law, when you explicitly authorise it (e.g. for OTA channel-manager connections), or with our payment processors when you subscribe to a paid plan.
The Munshi10 website uses a single session cookie to keep you logged in to the trial wizard. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time by emailing [email protected].
We may update this policy occasionally. Material changes will be announced on this page; the "Last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version.
